Intuitive call system in the Medical Center: Efficient patient management

The medical center call system extends the Sucurema Digital Health Manager to manage patient flows digitally and efficiently. On arrival, each patient is given a number for identification, although no names are displayed for data protection reasons. Users can view waiting rooms and treatment rooms in the Digital Health Manager and move patients as required using drag-and-drop. In addition, completed and planned measures can be viewed.

iForm module: Flexible form design for medical use

The iForm module, integrated in the Sucurema Digital Health Manager, enables the creation and use of forms on various devices. With an intuitive editor, a wide range of field types such as text fields, selection lists and signature fields can be integrated. Data is captured via desktop or mobile via QR code, stored securely and is easy to analyse. Typical applications include medical histories and consent forms.

Hardware infrastructure

The Digital Health Manager is a versatile web application that you can easily use via any modern web browser such as Edge, Firefox, Safari or Chrome. To enable access to medical devices or label printers, a local Java application compatible with the free OpenJava version is required.

An exciting option is the use of mobile devices such as cell phones or tablets, which allow easy documentation through images or videos. Patients can fill out forms directly on these devices. Please note, however, that the use of these functions depends on the respective infrastructure restrictions.
